Dehra Dun, Oct 7 (PTI) The state-owned Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (UJVNL) yesterday produced a record 21.903 million units of electricity in a single day. Earlier, the maximum power generation by UJVNL was recorded on July 23 this year when it produced 21.492 million units in a single day, a press release from UJVNL said today. Besides, UJVNL had also registered its maximum production in July this year when it generated 557.628 million units of electricity, which is the highest production by Nigam in a month so far, it added.
