2 killed, 2 feared drowned in separate mishaps

Dehra Dun, May 25 (PTI) Two persons were killed and as many feared drowned in two separate accidents in Uttarakhand today, police said. Two persons were killed when a car in which they were travelling fell into a roadside ditch at Barkham area of Almora district, they said. In another incident, two persons were feared drowned when a car in which they were travelling fell into Alaknanda river at Birahi area of Chamoli district, police said. The mishap took place when the vehicle, carrying five passengers, was going to Chamoli from Joshimath, they said.
