New Delhi, June 28: Monsoon rains continued to lash most parts of north India today, including the capital, even as 14 people were killed due to rain-related incidents in Uttar Pradesh and the hill state of Uttarakhand.

Monsoon showers drenched Delhi for the third consecutive day but a high humidity of 94 per cent made life uncomfortable for people.

At least 12 persons, including women and children, were killed in rain-related incidents as heavy to moderate rainfall lashed Uttar Pradesh in the last 24 hours, officials said.

While nine persons were killed in Farukkhabad district in separate incidents of roof collapse, drowning and lightning, two persons were killed in Fatehpur and one in Jaunpur district of the state, they said.
