Dehra Dun, Sep 8 (PTI) The next session of Uttarakhand Assembly will begin here from September 27.The session, which is being convened after a gap of nearly six months, has initially been proposed for three to four days, said Uttarakhand Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prakash Pant.However, it could be extended further if the business advisory committee of the House recommends it, he said.During the session, the government will present the supplementary budget, besides some bills replacing ordinances regarding setting up of universities, Pant said, adding that no new bill is proposed to be tabled during the session.The main Opposition Congress said the party would raise the issues of rampant corruption and failure of the government on all fronts in the Assembly and try to corner the government on the issues.Uttarakhand PCC President Yashpal Arya said the party has also decided to gherao the Vidhan Sabha during the session.He said the party has convened meetings of its MPs, MLAs and senior leaders on September 12 and 14 to make preparations for the same.
