Brijesh Sant, who was till now District Magistrate of Chamoli, has been transferred as Additional Secretary rural development and coordinator of Atal Adarsha village scheme. Dr Ranjit Sinha would take place of Sant in Chamoli. C S Napalchyal, who was till now looking after the responsibility of District Magistrate in Bageshwar, has been made Additional Secretary, finance. Napalchyal would be replaced by Deepak Rawat, who was till now Chief Development Officer of Nainital. This is the third administrative reshuffle in Uttarakhand during the past one week. On September 16 and September 19 also, the state government effected administrative reshuffles.PTI
