Uttarakhand CM asks minister to get out of his car

Uttarakhand Chief Minister B C Khanduri today asked the state's Urban Development minister Madan Kaushik to get out of his car, after the latter was accused of land grabbing at a press conference attended by the both.

Addressing a press conference here, the Chief Minister was interrupted by a man who accused Kaushik of indulging in land grabbing at Haridwar.

A visibly embarrassed Chief Minister, who was sitting along with Kaushik, cut short his press conference and left quickly.

As soon as Khanduri sat in his car, Kaushik, a local MLA from Haridwar, also joined him from the other side.

Within minutes, Khanduri asked Kaushik to get out of the car and invited BJP state President Bishan Singh Chufal to join him instead.

Later, Kaushik refuted the allegations and claimed that he was not involved in any land grabbing.
