Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER) has given a latest advertisement on its official website www.ubter.in and applications are invited from Graduate  Indian citizens for recruitment of 170 Clerk and 118 Stenographer posts. 

•  Clerk Post Recruitment , Total 170 Vacancies , Candidate must hold a  Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any recognized University. Candidate should have typing speed of 25 word per minute on Computer.
•  Stenographer Post Recruitment , Total 118 Vacancies , Candidate must have completed graduation and Should have typing  speed of 80 word per minute in Hindi Shorthand and speed of 25 word per minute in Hindi Typing on Computer.
• Age Limit Of Candidate : 21- 35 years
