Medical college to be set up in Kotdwara

Kotdwara, Feb 7 (PTI) Uttarakhand government today announced that a medical college and a herbal institute will soon come up at the town here in Pauri Garhwal district. "The medical college proposed under Central Garhwal University will be established at Kotdwara. The administration has already identified the land for the construction of the college," Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ''Nishank'' said while participated in the ''Basantotsav'' festival here. The CM also announced foundation of a herbal institute to be established at Charekha Ka Danda.
