DEHRADUN: Unhappy with his preparations for the upcoming board examinations, a tenth standard student allegedly committed suicide at Saraswati Vihar locality here, police said today.
Neeraj Farswan (16), was found hanging from the ceiling fan of his room when his mother returned from the neighbourhood last evening, they said.
His family told police that Neeraj was tensed as his preparations for the approaching board exams were not good. A suicide note has also been recovered from his room, they added.
