Dehradun, Jul 18 (PTI) Incessant rains lashed parts of Uttarakhand even as 'Chardham' continued for the second consecutive day today. Several routes to the four shrines -- Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri and Yamunotri -- which were closed due to landslides were opened yesterday after clearing the debris, officials said. However, traffic on many other routes was still blocked and the debris will be cleared soon, they said.
