Nainital, Sep 13 (PTI) Justice U C Dhyani was today sworn in as a judge of the Uttarakhand High Court here, taking the strength of the bench to eight.Chief Justice Barin Ghosh administrated the oath of office to Justice Dhyani at a ceremony here.The total sanctioned strength of the bench is nine.Justice Dhyani, who is known for his innovative reforms in the state judicial service, has worked in different capacities throughout his career.
