Seven IAS, 27 PCS officers transfered in Uttarakhand

Dehra Dun, May 24 (PTI) In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, seven IAS officers and 27 PCS officers were today transferred in Uttarakhand. The transfered IAS officers include, BVRC Purushottam, additional secretary of the departments of housing, power, alternate energy, who will now also hold the charge of additional secretary, information technology department and director of ITDA, officials said. Shailesh Bagoli, additional secretary, technical education and managing director of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation has been entrusted with additional responsibility of director, training. A S Nayal, who was till now holding the charge of additional chief revenue commissioner of Kumaon, additional director of Uttarakhand Administrative Academy at Nainital, labour commissioner and director, employment, has been relieved from the post of labour commissioner. He will continue to hold other responsibilities. Savin Bansal, joint magistrate of Roorkee, has been shifted to Chamoli as CDO while Raghav Langher, joint magistrate in Ranikhet, would now be the new CDO of Pithoragarh. Deependra Chaudhary, who was waiting for the posting, has been made CDO of Pauri.
