Sir Biotech India Ltd, a multi-domain company, is making an entry into the hotel business in Dehradun, Uttarakhand with the construction of a five-star hotel in the area. The company has recently been given permission by the State Revenue Department of Uttarakhand to acquire 1.7 hectares of land at village Danion Ka Danda in Dehradun tehsil for the same.
According to a report in www.businessstandard.com, the government nod has been given by PC Sharma, Principal Revenue Secretary, Uttarakhand. Sir Biotech India is expected to invest Rs 100-200 crore in the upcoming five-star hotel.
